5th Week of Lent . . .

Greetings everyone!

It has been an eventful couple weeks for us here at Lighthouse Church of the Nazarene.
We must admit that we are humbled by how God has been sending us help from all over the country. Back a couple weeks ago we had a team from Minnesota help us out with some of our ongoing remodeling, and then this past week we had once again, one of our most faithful supporters - the Landmark Church of the Nazarene helping us with a great amount of work.

It truly is wonderful to see the "family of God" helping one another out. I think somewhere in Acts it talks about the believers helping each other out even to the point where no one was "in need"! Could it be that the Church still operates like this? We believe so here at Lighthouse.

Finally, we want to take a couple additional moments to remind you all of some extremely important events coming up soon:

  1. "Seder Meal"- Jews for Jesus will be guiding us "gentiles" in an evening of exploration, insight, and an overall passover experience in the Light of Christ. If you would like to be a part of this evening, please contact our office in order to make reservations. There is no cost, however, we need reservations in order to prepare enough food for everyone!
  2. "Stations of the Cross Prayer Labyrinth"- Don't miss out on this opportunity to journey towards the cross in a unique and interactive manner. This is designed for all ages, however, we suggest that anyone under the age of 11 be accompanied by an adult.
  3. 5th Sunday of Lent Worship Service- We will be digging even deeper into questions on life and lent.
We look forward to exploring . . .

Blessings and peace be with you all.
